Earlier this week, we posted some news about a new high-tier DLC package in the works by BioWare and had a brief impression of the content. Now, that DLC has a name and more details have been revealed about the new content. One thing about “The Golems of Amgarrak” hasn’t changed though - this new module is reportedly going to be tough.
UPDATE: BioWare’s Fernando Melo revealed a few more details about the DLC on the BioWare forums. Read below!

Aakduce, a fan of Greywardens.com (and Dragon Age, of course), was lucky enough to hang out at the San Diego Comic Con the other day. Even better — he had the chance to hang out with BioWare’s Evil Chris Priestly and Mike Laidlaw. Evil Chris, as you may know, is the social voice of all things BioWare, and by extension, Dragon Age; and Mike Laidlaw is the lead designer behind the epic-ness that is the story of Dragon Age 2. The background story developed in Leliana’s Song is arguably strong. As a character-based DLC package, the campaign delivers on its goal of better establishing Leliana’s character in the Origins plotline. Although a good release, one I would recommend downloading, the product isn’t perfect. Thankfully, however, the flaws are mostly functional, leaving the solid character development to shine.
